Action (Quick) suggestions

Thanks for this addition!

Suggestions for improvement:

  1. Correct the changelog's omission of the Actions (Quick) addition.

  2. Given Actions (Quick) is missing from menus, add it to the Actions menu

  3. Change https://docs.mp3tag.de/actions "Quick Action toolbar button" to the correct name "Actions (Quick) toolbar button".

  4. Make Actions (Quick) retain action type selection.

Note: What the Actions menu lists are Action groups, not actions.
