I am sure you could do this: simply edit the field.
If you want to automate the process it is not quite clear if example.com is a string constant or whether it could vary.
To remove " - example.com"
Create an action of the type "Replace" for TITLE
Search string: - example.com
Replace string:
(leave empty)
If you want to remove everything after the "-" then use an action of the type
"Guess value" for TITLE
Guessing pattern: %title% - %dummy%
