Action to Extract Year From Album Field

Hello,
I want to create an action that will pull the Year out of the Album field. The "albums" I am working with all follow the same naming pattern:

XXXX YEAR-00-00 XXXXXX XXXXXXXXX

How do I set the action to pull just the 4 digit YEAR out of that string? Thank you!

Try an action of the type "Guess value"
Source: %album%
Target: %dummy% %year%-%dummy%
