Actions Help - Change , to &

Hi,
I was wondering if it were possible to change , to & using actions only under certain conditions.

For example, often times artists comeup as
bob, dan, sue
or
bob, dan

I want to create an action so that the following scenarios will change to
bob, dan & sue
or
bob & dan

Is this possible? Thanks!

Trty an action of the type "Replace with regular expression" for ARTIST
Search string: (.*), (.*)
Replace string: $1 & $2

The greadiness will take care that always the last comma gets replaced.
