"Actions" menu problem

Hello everyone,
I sometimes have a problem when I click on the "Actions" icon: the window that opens covers this icon. So that an action at the top of the window runs accidentally (mouse click bounces? but it happens to me with different mice). I worked around the problem by creating 3 empty actions which I placed at the very top of the list.
Name of action group: -----------------------------------------------------------------------
The ideal would be to display the action list window under the "Actions" icon.

A tip for those who haven't thought of it:
I organize my list of actions by inserting empty actions that I name with the name of the section. Example :

The "Actions" button in the toolbar has 2 functions: the picture and the arrow-down button.
When I click on the picture, the Actions dialogue opens there, where I moved it last time.
So if that is your problem: grab the dialogue at the dialogue title bar and drag it somewhere else, further away from the button.

When I click on the arrow-down part, I get a menu with the defined actions - which behaves like any other menu. So: does this what you describe happen also to other menus and their functions?
Because, quite honestly, I cannot reproduce it.

It's when I click on the down arrow part that the problem occurs.
I specify that I have many actions.
So I get a big window with 2 small arrows to navigate the list that covers the "actions" icon and I can't move or resize it.

I would then like to draw your attention to ways to structure the actions menu with submenus:

So you could use the subtitles that currently gobble up space as a submenu anchor - and save vertical space.
If you rename

To:

AJOUT PLAYLIST#Ajout Piste(s) dans PIayList Générale Squeezebox sur SERVER
AJOUT PLAYLIST#Ajout Piste(s) dans PIayList 80' SqueezeBox sur SERVER
AJOUT PLAYLIST#Ajout Piste(s) dans PIayList Général SqueezeBox sur Toshiba

then you would have only 1 line in the menu: AJOUT PLAYLIST, opening a submenu with 3 entries.
