Add a menu to open mp3tag install folder or sub folders

@Florian, it would be nice to have a menu item in the View menu or wherever you think is best to open the install folder of Mp3tag in File Explorer.

Perhaps even a sub-menu for the these.

I know about creating a tool but it would be nice to have a menu item.
