How do I add album art to all songs on album at once?

Select all files that should get the same picture.
Drag&drop the image file to the image area in the tag panel and press Ctrl-s to save the change.

Or right-click on the image area in the tag panel and select "Add cover ..."

Or use an action of the type "Import cover from file ..."
