Is there a way to add the lossless tag for local files on apple music? Similar to the explicit tag??

You can add user-defined fields to files.
Whether this information will become a standard field is a completely different thing.
Please note that there is also a semantic difference: "explicit" refers to other tag data like lyrics or title. "Lossless" would be a property of the codec - and usually you choose a codec because it is lossless or not. So being lossless would be implied with the codec.
