Is it possible for me to add the Style tag field to MP3 tag? When I tag from Discogs this tag is set in a track so I'd like to be able to view it in MP3Tag.

Go options 
> Tag Panel > 
Enter in the tag %style% and the name (Style) given to it in the application window. Leave multiline unticked for your needs.
You can also go to View > Customize columns and enter in %style% as your field, value and sort also with Style as the column name.
