Add to a tag, but keep already existing

Hey guys,

I want to add to the "album"-tag some more text but keep the already existing text, that is in the tag.
And that for multiple files, that have different stuff inside the album tag.

So in short: I want to add additional text to already existing, differently filled tags for many files at once.
Is that possible?
