Adding Intro Column to Columns

I am looking to add an intro column. This will give a time to instrumental before vocals start.

You can add user-defined fields to most tag formats.
It is much more the question: which program will evaluate that data for a corresponding reaction.
Or should be just a reminder to display that data?
