Hi all -
Perhaps I'm stupid, but I cannot figure out how to add tracks to an already existing playlist (M3U8 file) on MacOS.
If I have a bunch of songs loaded, and I want to add some to a playlist, I only seem to have the option of turning those songs into a new playlist, but can't add to an existing one.
Ok...I guess that's one option. But seeing as I have an external player with thousands of songs, I'd rather load them and be able to select tracks to add to a playlist.
But your suggestion will work as well, just not as convenient. Thanks!
Drag and drop doesn't work on the method you describe above. The window is replaced with just this one track. (I mean, the track or tracks I drag and drop.)
I'd like to report a bug and/or feature issue regarding what we discussed above.
I created a new playlist via the drag and drop method. Everything worked as it should have, however, when it came to saving the playlist, I failed to see that one of the many tracks I had added was highlighted. As such, the playlist contained only that 1 track. (I closed the app after doing a save. The 200+ tracks I had added were gone, forever. And now I have to repeat the lengthy process of finding those tracks on my external device, and recreating the playlist from scratch.
Can the default behavior be either to save everything that is in the current window/screen, or at least ask? I think be default one track will almost always be highlighted, resulting in the situation I described above.
