Adding to Tag Panel and Visibility of Tag in Windows Explorer

The windows explorer is no good test bed to verify the validity of entries in various fields.

In general: the field for

ALBUMYEAR

is YEAR - and as only individual files can have tags, it is the year of the title.
It is of course possible to create user-defined fields like ALBUMYEAR but these are usually not displayed in Windows Explorer.
