Additional function: All tags overtake

At first many thanks for the wonderful program.
May be a good additional function would be a buttom to preset all tags to overtake. Very often I want to set all tags from one file to an other file because of a different file size.

I'm not entirely sure if I understand you correctly, but transferring all tags from one or more files to the same number of others is already part of the functionality of copy & paste.

  • Select the source file.
  • Copy its tags to the clipboard with CTRL-C
  • Select the target file
  • Paste the tags from the clipboard with CTRL-V.

In addition to @poster's process:

The above Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V also works for several selected files at once.
Just ensure that the target files are in the exactly same sort order as the source files.

For example, copy all tags from

01 - Track 1.flac
02 - Track 2.flac
03 - Track 3.flac

and paste the same tags into

01 - Track 1.mp3
02 - Track 2.mp3
03 - Track 3.mp3
