Adjust cover but max size isn't observed

Hi,
this is the time it happened.

I first copied an image from Firefox to PhotoScapeX, square cropped and level adjusted and copied/pasted on Mp3tag (this is my workflow).
Orginal picture was 1392x1392 so I tried to adjust to 1000x1000 but I got a 999x999

It is just one pixel...but it is working as designed?

This is now fixed with v1.0.2.
