Some of my songs don’t have the album icon even though it shows up in MP3Tag. I tried re adding the songs and album art work but it still doesn’t appear, also sometimes the album information doesn’t appear even though its showing up in MP3tag. Im on windows 10 home version 22H2 MP3tag version is v3.31
Could you supply some more details about where you see these problems? If everything is fine in MP3tag

If MP3tag does everything it should and the files look OK in MP3tag, then I think all further questions about player functions should asked at the support of the player.
You would have to check the setting of the player.
States the image should have minimum dimensions of 640x640, as I understand it. Your example is 300x300. Try replacing it with a larger one.
I believe this refers to the guidance for Artists that are uploading music to Spotify for distribution.
It does seem there is some info about local files, and a Spotify preferring mp3 with embedded artwork.
