All actions invisible

New mp3tag installation of VERSION 3.01 under Windows 10 (ver 1903) can't find its actions. mp3tag is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mp3tag. The "invisible" 78 actions are installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mp3tag\data\actions. Might anybody have a guess at what is happening and how I could fix the problem?

Can I keep my settings when updating to a new version? Yes, you can install a new version over an already installed version. The installation program will keep/upgrade your settings.
