Any chance to add values to dropdown lists to fields

I was just wondering if is it possible to add dropdown lists to fields that we choose ?

Relase;
Studio, EP, Compilation...

Genre is a bad example as that is the only field for which there are standardized values. All others are free (with the exception of types of embedded pictures).
