Any way to assign specific image to each audio file in folder?

I have playlists
All are flac files
For each of them I have the album cover named exactly as the audio file ( except extension of course)

Any way to get MP3tag assign to each audio file the image file with the same name ?
Or do I need to do it manually ? ( I have 200 of them...)

You can use the Action "Import Cover from File":
a) Load all your FLAC files into Mp3tag
b) Select all your FLAC files
c) Click on menu Actions -> Actions Quick and select "Import Cover from File":

Let us know if you need some specific help using this Action.

Format string: %_filename%.jpg
in the action.
