[anytag.wlx] display ID3v1 and ID3v2

If an mp3 file has both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags ...

... can I tell anytag.wlx to display both ID3v1 AND ID3v2 ?

If not, can I tell anytag.wlx whether it should display v1 or v2 ?
