Apostophe following by Capitals

I am trying to make action group to replace 'S and 'M and 'T as in New York's, I'm and don't.

I tried to replace 's with 's for _ALL with no case comparison.

Action Group
REPLACE
_ALL
's
's
no case comparison

It doesn't work or should i be using regex. Is there an action group here that i can download(I searched but couldnt find today)
