Append "out of X" to Track and Disc Numbers Automatically

Is there any way to batch edit albums so that the track number and disc number fields display the total number of tracks / discs after the track and disc numbers?

For example, let's say I have an album with 25 total tracks on it. Instead of having each track number display 01, 02, 03, etc., I would like it instead to be 1 of 25, 2 of 25, 3 of 25, etc.

Likewise, having a disc number of just 1, 2, etc., is of limited utility to me. I'd much prefer if I could have my disc numbers say 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc.

Currently, the only method I know of accomplishing this is to edit each field manually, which really sucks. Is there no automated way of doing this?

Regarding mp3 files and using the ID3 tag type of version 2.3 or 2.4, you should to make sure for yourself by reading the standard conventions what datatype is allowed to store within the track and disc number tag-fields, and what Mp3tag can do or allow beside the standard rules, and what will be generally compatible with other applications.

Your example shows that you possibly want to store text into number fields.

For the track numbers see "Tools > Auto-numbering wizard"

The syntax for "x out of y" is x/y in Mp3tag.
