Append text from a tag to another tag

Hi, i'm new

i would know hot append a part of a tag to another

example:

%artist% = aaaaa ft. bbbbb
%title% = cccc

i want

%artist% = aaaaa
%title% = cccc ft. bbbbb

sorry if is a repeated question... but i already searched the forum without finding anything useful
