Apply Actions from Command Line

Is it possible to access the actions from the command line?

I want to use it in an EAC AutoIt mod that I use for ripping my CDs into multiple formats at once. However I want to be able to apply the replaygain to soundcheck conversion to the generated replaygain info.

Not that I know of. If you do not believe me, then study the Mp3tag help manual for yourself.

Does anybody know a comparable powerful program, that offers a command line interface?

I'm looking for something similiar, but at the same time I think it's very simple to export all the data to a text file and then use foobar or mp3tag to import to id3v2 tags in one batch.
