Hi, I need some help with something, if it please you:

When playing a compilation album in WMP, when in now playing mode, WMP displays only "Various artists", and not the song artist for that track. However, I have noticed that it does display composers when there is one. Is there a way I can modify all of my "various artists" songs so that the song artist is copied to the composer field?

If I have to use a regular expression, that's fine, as long as someone can enlighten me as to what to put and where!

Just use an action Format value for COMPOSER using %artist% as format string. See FAQ: Actions for more on actions in Mp3tag.
