Auto Numbering Wizard Issue

The auto numbering wizard does not display correctly, ie, is minimised so cannot be used

I hope something can be done

Yes: update the program. The issue has been addressed with
3.11d (2021-11-19)

FIX: remembered dialog sizes resulted in dialog contents partly invisible in certain situations. (#55129)

Hi, I have version v3.11 and its says there is no update available. Have you any ideas?
