Autofill the Title from the Filename

Most of the time the Filename is what I want the Title to be -- or at least it contains most of what I need in the Title. I would like to see an option to autofill any blank Title with the Filename, as well as overwrite the Title with the Filename.

Furthermore, if the Filename starts with a number, then I would like an option for that number to be used in the Track field.

I want to take the filename of a song and copy it to the track title. I can't figure it out. As an example I have a song called, "02 No One Knows.mp3" and the track title has no name. I want the track title to be called "No One Knows" and leave the song name as "02 No One Knows.mp3".
