Autonumbering with leading zeros no longer work

Version 3.2 was working fine, since the 3.21 update, selecting or not the option to place leading zeros into the autonumbering (tracks or discs) no longer works. Numbering remains 1, 2, 3, etc.

Tried uninstalling, installing from MS Store and direct from website. Tried the 32- and 64-bit versions - with no luck. Unable to roll back to test further as 3.20 is no longer available.

What format are your files that aren’t adding the leading 0? The m4a/mp4 type doesn’t support a leading zero in the track or disc field.
