Can I avoid a system restart after Mp3tag update?

I remember the "good old days" when a system restart was not required when updating Mp3tag.
Is the new Explorer context menu icon the reason a restart is now required?

If a restart is unnecessary when an icon is not used, I would like the icon to be optional. :slightly_smiling_face:
I would rather do without the icon than have to restart after an update.

It’s only needed when the Explorer Shell extension is updated (which is not often the case) and if the currently installed DLL is in use by the system. It also gives the option to postpone the reboot.

I’m also trying to mention that in the changelog if it happens, but it’s probably easily missed.
