Can you use multiple values in the convert menu?

I searched but could not find a topic on this.

Without creating an action, can I use multiple values in the Convert Menu functions?

For example, can I populate names to %artistsort% & %artist% from another tag, lets say, %title%? What would I use as the separator?

ARTIST / ARTISTSORT
%title%

There is the function Convert>Tag-Tag which works just like an action of the type "Format value".
You cannot assign the string from one source to several fields.
You would have to do that separately for each target field.
