Cannot access audio files

I have just downloaded and installed MP3TAG. When I try to add a directory, I select one that definitely contains MP3 files but it says “no items match your search”.

Mp3tag works around folders, so you can just confirm this dialog where you've selected a folder and Mp3tag will load all the audio files it finds in this folder.
