Hi, I’ve been using mp3tag for many years, but recently ran into a change in behavior.
On Windows 11 I have been able to select and drag files out mp3tag and onto my desktop (or other folders). But recently when I do that, it only creates a shortcut to the original file location instead of moving the files.
I am not sure if this has to do with my Windows environment, or if there is a setting for this.
It works with 332.b.
But:
If the file already exists in the destination, the usual message appears asking if you want to replace it, etc. If you don't respond to this message quickly and leave the window open, an error message appears.
With the newest Mp3tag v3.32c the default behaviour is now MOVE.
If you want to COPY your file from the File List (to an additional, different location),
you need to press the Ctrl-key to make the little + sign appear, as shown above.
