My MP3tag installation is in Spanish.
“Cmd+,” (options/configuration) does not have a language feature.
How can I change the language?

Starting with macOS Monterey, this is possible via System Settings → General → Language & Region → Apps tab. You can select Mp3tag.app there and then select the preferred language.
