codepage converting

If I fetch the tags from freedb a dialog for converting the tags appears. There is possible to define the non-unicode source codepage for the proper converting to UTF16.

It would be great to have an options to convert the available tags in the same way. I tryed to change the system codepage and set the option "read tags in the system codepage" but I was not able to get proper results. Furthermore it is a bit terrible to modify each time the system codepage.
