"Comment Field Struggle to write in"

Hello, when i was formatting the tags, some song's "comment" field has trouble writing in. mp3tag shows that it is changed, but both windows explorer and DJ software says otherwise, as shown in the video.

The COMMENT field in MP3s is saved with a language token - and at least for the Windows Explorer it has to be the same as the OS language.
You can set the language token in Ctrl-O -> Tags -> Advanced

Both mp3tag and my system are, i think, in english.

This also seem to not be exclusive to mp3, as demonstrated in the following video, it happens on a flac as well.

Windows Explorer doesn't use the COMMENT field for the comments in FLAC, but instead uses DESCRIPTION. that partly fixed the problem, thanks a lot. however, i realized that some of my flac file has trouble writing in all metadata, as shown in the attached video. wonder if you have any clue? thanks in advance

Sorry, it is a little tricky to see what you mean exactly.
Is it that you see all the data in MP3tag but not in the WIndows Explorer?

yes, sorry i didn't make it clear

in mp3tag, all field (artist, title, coverart) are filled in, but in windows explorer, all the fields are empty.

The root cause is the bad implementation to read flac tags on Microsoft's side. There are some plugins around that overcome this flaw. see e.g here:
