Comment is empty in Windows Explorer

Hello
I'm new to using Tags and I'm facing a problem with the "comments" tag
I fill in the "Comment" Tag of a file under MP3Tag but the windows explorer shows me an empty "Comment" Tag.
How do I solve my problem?

Set the options to write the comment in the language of your Windows GUI
See Ctrl-O > Tags>Advanced
For "German" it would be "deu"

Windows Explorer needs the comment language set to the language of the Windows version that is running. Otherwise, the comments are simply not shown.

The ID3v2 comment language can be set via File → Options → Tags → Advanced and needs to be set to fra on a French Windows installation.
