Commenting in Action Groups

I have many actions within an action group (~250) and I'm starting to loose track of what each does. Is there a way to add comments to each action within an action group? If not, is this a reasonable suggestion for a product enhancement?

I download lots of subscriptions from ITunes hence the complexity of the Action Group.
