is there a code that i can change it to begin capital like

sometimes its in the command the other time in the title so i need to understand i can cgange the code.

I am no IT guy but just a simple DJ how have to change a lot of files

Is it really the tag field TITLE or the filename?
In any case: try an action of the type "Case conversion" for TITLE,
set the option to "Mixed case".

You would have to use an action either "quick" or as part of an action group - this is described in the linked description. The action would be of the type "Case conversion".

You could also try Convert>Tag-Tag for TITLE
Format string: $caps(%title%)
