Convert error (Reference Alt+1)

when i click CONVERT, then TAG-FILENAME (alt+1), I am given an option of several things that I have created…

however, there comes a time when these things are not needed any longer

is there a way to remove previous tag-filename options? or history?

clicking DELETE does nothing

right clicking does nothing

left clicking selects the item

Click on the right-facing arrow button to the right of your drop-down box.

and then click on the last entry

There you can adjust, duplicate, rearrange and delete all your entries. It should look like this:
