Convert ID3v1 to ID3v2 by script only from case to case

Hi all,

normally, all my tags are ID3v2. But sometimes older files only have IDv1 and no IDv2 tags. The problem is in MP3TAG I can't see both or could I? Is there a trick?

So my question is: How can I convert only this files not permanently with customization of MP3TAG but by using a script (convert ID3v1 to ID3v2) ( without overwriting existing ID3v2 tags!!)?

You can sort by Tag column and re-save the tags.
