I am trying to use the convert, text file to tag function and get the below error msg. what am I'm doing wrong?

what am I'm doing wrong?

It is ard for me to find out what you do at all.
What does the the text file look like? Does it have a structure of 1 line (=record) per file?
What does the import field list look like?
What is the separator between the fields?

1. the text file is listed above at the very top. i.e. 01 - Nelly - Flap Your Wings
2. Yes it has 1 line per file
3. import field looks like: %track% - %artist% - %title%
4. The separator between fields is: -

Works over here.
After the import the fields for ARTIST, TRACK and TITLE show the new data (top to bottom).

In many cases, screenshots help. It looks like that over here:

It does appear you are trying to match 14 files, but only have 12 lines listed above.

The rest should match. But check to make sure the "-" character in each line is actually that exact same character. Often similar unicode characters get used, and these will not get matched.
