Convert to UTF-16 flac and wav for Spotify

I upload my file to spotify , but Japanese file name cannot be correctly shown

So I need to convert them to ID3v2.3 UTF-16

How to covert my file(wav and flac) to UTF-16 , and I dont want to re enter file’s title, artist, image…

And I dont know how to corrected set option>Mpeg

If you load your Japanese music files into Mp3tag, do you see the TITLE, ARTIST with all the correct characters?

To save them in ID3v2.3 UTF-16 you can set the Mp3tag Write-Options for ID3v2 accordingly:

flac can be correctly loaded

only wav file error, so I think problem is on spotify with wav instead of UTF-8 or UTF-16…
