Yes.
You select a target folder, not a target file.

I installed MP3Tag V2.81 as a portable installation in Windows 10. In MP3Tag, when I select a directory that contains music files, the files do not appear in the File Explorer window. It is only after I "select folder" do I see what files are in that directory. How can I enable MP3Tag to display these files in the File Explorer? Thanks.
