Can someone please explain me what it means?
The ID3v2 picture tag can have a description. The first image has the description "Cover Image", the second image has none.
They cannot be edited in Mp3tag, they can only be displayed.
Is there any program that can be used to edit it?
Yes, The God Father.
It would be great if Florian could implement it in Mp3tag?
