To display the covers in my program they must be downloaded and saved somewhere.
The image files will be replaced with the new results from the next search, so there will always be a maximum of 10 files.
Showing the cover size requires downloading the full size covers. This would take longer and also cause more traffic for the cover providers. On some sources all covers have the same size anyway.
