Cover Tagging - Option "ADD or REPLACE Cover"

I work with amazon Cover search and I would like to see an option under the "save cover in tag" option which would offer an ADD or REPLACE.
I later check the covers and may delete the unwished.
How can I get such result, is it an adoption in the src or inside mp3tag?
