Create a URL link in a field

I see an example of what I;m trying to create but it is in De.

I have to foeld Bio & Review that I want to create a link to Wikipedia for that Artist/

For example.

Bio:

this group originalted from Memphis, Tn. The Barkays.

When you click on The Barkays it takes you to Wikipedia for that Artist.

I can you use any field, but the key is to click word and it goes to that Url, in this case, Wikipedia

How do I do that.

There are a number of www-fields. Perhaps one suits your needs.
I doubt, though, that there are many players around that fulfil your function requirements.

Got it. Actually, I think it's were i'm trying to create the function - it needs to be web-based.
