Create Artist tag from path

I have been trying a several suggestions I have found in the search, but I am a newbie and maybe not quite getting it.

I have a directory structure such as:

D:\Music\Artist\Album

i.e D:\Music\38 Special\Caught Up In You

I would like to extract the artist portion of the path and update the Artist tag from that path.

Any help is appreciated :slight_smile:
