Create disc folders only if there's multiple discs

Hi !

For a while now, I've been organizing my music folder following this pattern:

Artist\Album\ ## - Title (ex. Alter Bridge\Fortress\01 - Cry Of Achilles)

And when there's multiple discs:

Artist\Album\Disc ##\ ## - Title (ex. B.B. King\Definitive Greatest Hits\CD1\01 - The Thrill Is Gone)

I'm looking for a way to automatically create those discs folders but only if there's multiple discs. I know it's easy to create them but I don't want to see a disc folder in an album that contains only one disc. That's useless.

Any idea if that kind of thing is possible?

If you have filled the field DISCNUMBER, you can use a format string to create the path/filename with the help of square brackets around the optional part, e.g.
Format string: Artist\Album\Disc ##\ ## - Title (ex. B.B. King\Definitive Greatest Hits\[CD%discnumber%\]01 - The Thrill Is Gone)
