I would like to create an action so that i can hit one button, and it would open the tag window, then add the unsynced lyrics option, and wait for me to paste in the lyrics. is this possible?
There is no action that waits for input.
I would create a field in the tag panel - possibly a mulitline object - to enter the lyrics and past it there for the selected files.
See the documentation on how to customize the tag panel.
